3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
Cabinets that have been installed, altered, or modified in any way.
Products that show signs of use or wear, including scratches, drill holes, or damage caused by the customer.
Custom-made or special-order cabinets designed to your specifications.
Orders canceled after production has started or materials have been sourced.
Items returned without prior authorization or outside the approved return window.
4. Reporting Damage or Defects
All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please provide the following:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
A brief description of the issue
Date of delivery and proof of purchase
Once our support team verifies the issue, we will offer a suitable resolution — such as a replacement, repair, or refund — within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Return Authorization Process
Before returning any item, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support department. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
